Returns & refunds
Last updated 11 August 2026
With Cash on Delivery you can check the parcel before paying — and if you have already paid, you have 7 days.
1.Check before you pay
With Cash on Delivery you can inspect the parcel at your door before handing over any money. If it is the wrong item, damaged, or clearly not what was listed, refuse the delivery. You pay nothing and there is no return to arrange.
This is the fastest way to resolve a problem, so open the parcel while the delivery agent is still there.
2.The 7-day return window
Most products carry a 7-day return window from the day they are delivered. A few categories are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons — the product page states the return period for that specific item.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals and free gifts included
- Software, downloadable content and activated SIM or scratch cards cannot be returned
- Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics that have been opened, and perishable groceries cannot be returned
- Medicines and medical consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken
3.How to start a return
Open the order from your order history, or look it up on the tracking page, and choose "Request return". Tell us what went wrong and add a photo if the item arrived damaged — it settles the case much faster.
Once approved, we arrange a pickup from your address. You do not pay the return courier when the fault is ours or the seller’s.
4.Refund timelines
Refunds start once the returned item reaches the seller and passes inspection. How long the money takes to reach you depends on how you paid.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded to your bKash or Nagad number within 3–5 working days
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 3–7 working days back to the same wallet
- Card: 7–14 working days, depending on your bank
- Delivery charges are refunded too when the return is our fault or the seller’s
5.Warranty claims
A warranty is separate from a return. If a product fails after the 7-day window but is still under warranty, contact the seller through the store page — the warranty length is on the product page. For official brand warranties, take the product and its invoice to any authorised service centre.
